Team DriversTrucking Proz is excited to announce that we’re opening a limited number of positions is geared more for husband and wife driving teams. Launching this program in late 2025 we are taking small steps in building this out. We are looking for teams that are more in the 4,000-5,000 miles maximum per week. If you are looking for 5,000-6,000+ miles we are not currently a good fit. As our refrigerated and pharmaceutical freight operations continue to grow, the demand for reliable, fast team service will continue to grow and need will change.

Expectations of our Drivers:
- Be safe and slow down. Accidents & incidents happen because we are in a hurry
- Be on-time for pickups and deliveries
- Communicate proactively. If you are frustrated have a professional conversation and work through it with us
- We like to see the truck run a minimum of 2,500 miles per week
- Image is everything. This means cleanliness inside and outside. We do spot checks on trucks to ensure they are clean and ensuring you take care of interior
- Appropriate cleanliness and hygiene. You are the face of TP to our customers and when you enter their facilities you should be clean and look appropriate.
- Lead with kindness and be professional. We have zero tolerance for yelling and screaming. If you choose to, you won't stay employed at TP
- If you make a mistake own it and find ways to always get better
